End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and FreelyFormd, a company registered in Uganda ("Company"), for the Fiscalize software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or business purposes under the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not: modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software; rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law; use the Software for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates the rights of others.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. The Company or its suppliers own all title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software.

4. Termination

Without prejudice to any other rights, the Company may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided &qyot;as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
